How to point developers to making apps accessible on macOS?

Hi all.
I'm trying to contact waves to see if something can be done about accessibility. There app, waves central, which is used to install and activate all products from them, is completely inaccessible for a blind person. There are no buttons, voiceover just reads, text, or image. Is there a thread on Applevis I could point them to that explains accessibility for blind people and how to implement it? Thanks for any help.
Igna

Mac Accessibility

Hi.
I don't know the app you mentioned but hear is the problem, Apple doesn't care about Mac accessibility as they should for some years, so I think first thing to do is to make apple fix voiceover bugs on Mac and improve it like it's iOS counterpart. Then we can begin to talk about third party developers. Because apple itself throw away Mac accessibility.
And Sorry for my Grammar mistakes.
