How to contact Apple disability support?

Hello All,

Can anyone guide me how can I contact Apple disability support team?

I have some shoe while using vertical navigation mode. then I moving to the top or the bottom of the screen, I unable to move or scroll the list forward. it is moving to the top or bottom navigation bar options.

The email address is accessibility@apple.com. the phone number in the USA is 1-877-2043930.

There is no reply from them.

Hello, I send a mail to the given email ID. But there is no response from them is Apple disability support team will respond to the males? why I am asking this, if there is no proper email communication I don’t know how they will understand the problem which I’m facing. I see this behavior in Samsung accessibility support team they will never acknowledge that they got the mail, is the same situation in Apple?

your best bet is to call them. accessibility@apple.com is not used for bugs.

If you mail the Apple Accessibility team they actually do often respond. Often they will simply say thanks for submitting your report.

If you send them detailed bug reports they will also acknowledge that. If they know the answer or a workaround they will suggest how to resolve the problem. Otherwise they will often let you know that they received the bug report and are passing it along to the appropriate team.

Note: You should try and make your bug reports as specific as possible, listing steps they can follow to reproduce the problem and verify it. Sometimes they will ask you to make a screen recording so that they can see the problem and how it occured for you.
