I am writing you concerning an app which has significantly declined in accessibility. Best Buy once had adequate accessibility, not perfect.. but adequate.
Approximately 5 versions ago, accessibility was broken. It looks fine on the main screen. However, when you get into product search it ends. Unfortunately, no product links are labeled. This essentially makes this app useless for a blind individual.
I e-mailed Shari Ballard, President of Retail with this info. I was contacted by someone within 3 days about this issue. Looking into the matter.
I am sorry to say that there have been 3 updates with absolutely no improvement whatsoever.
I am asking my fellow community for help. If you ever find yourself shopping Best Buy, even if it's just periodically.. Please consider sending an email to Ms. Ballard. Explain without accessibility, they lose our business. Thank you for helping further our shopping experience.
