Description
When using the mute speech toggle, either in the Commands Help Menu or by performing a three-finger double-tap with Trackpad Commander enabled, VoiceOver speech mutes as expected, but repeating the toggle does not work to unmute it. In order to restore VoiceOver speech, you must toggle VoiceOver off and on again.
