Description

When the Eloquence Community Dictionary is enabled, Eloquence does not pronounce mixed-case words like "iOS," "iPadOS," "macOS," or "watchOS" correctly. Please note that this issue is specific to Eloquence voices.

Steps to reproduce

This issue only occurs with Eloquence voices.

1. With an Eloquence voice in use, edit the voice and ensure the Community Dictionary is enabled.
2. With the Community Dictionary enabled, read the title or Description of the bug report on this page.
3. Observe that Eloquence does not pronounce "iOS" correctly.
