VoiceOver's copy to clipboard function copies the full semantic markup and hints as well as the desired content

Description

Perform the copy to clipboard function, by default a three finger quadruple tap.
Go to a text field and paste.
It will paste the entire spoken output, for example "Latest news, heading Level 2".
In previous versions of iOS, it would only paste "Latest news", which is the desired outcome.

Steps to reproduce

Enable VoiceOver.
For example, go to Safari and find a heading on a web page, such as "Latest news, heading level 2."
Perform the copy to clipboard function, by default a three finger quadruple tap.
Go to a text field and paste.
It will paste the entire spoken output, "Latest news, heading Level 2".
In previous versions of iOS, it would only paste "Latest news". This is the desired outcome.
