VoiceOver Sometimes Wrongly Reports the Availability of Custom Rotor Actions

Description

In some circumstances, VoiceOver will speak the "swipe up or down to select a custom action, then double tap to activate" announcement when actions are in fact not available.

Yes, I too have encountered this bug when trying to delete an e-mail address in my contacts list.

I reported this as a bug in a recent post to AppleVis and also wrote to the Apple Accessibility support about it.

In addition, I was not able to even delete an unwanted e-mail by editing the information for a contact by double tapping the "delete" button associated with a particular e-mail. I have also reported this here and to Apple.

I am using iOS 8.3 on an iPhone 6.

Hey Guys,
This behavior also exists under the Artists and Songs tab in the Music App.
In this instance I'm happy it won't delete. It is strange if you flick on an artist, the delete action appears.

Yes. it is active for me.
