No ability to pan braille effectively using a Monarch Braille Display

Though iOS now displays a full display of braille, there is no way to pan to the next full page of the display. Pressing the panning button, regardless of where you are in on the screen seems to jump to the end. Space with dot 5 and space with dot 2 also do not work for panning.
