On other iPhone models, a double tap on any item in the status bar has always jumped you back to the top of the page or screen.
On iPhone Duo at this time, this instead opens the Control Centre, with no alternative gesture to achieve the jump to top.
Enable VoiceOver.
You can be on the outside or inside screen.
Open an app, for example a webpage in Safari or Mail.
Scroll down a significant amount.
Focus on the time, wifi status or one of the other status items.
Double tap to select.
Expected result: You are jumped back to the top of the page. This is what happens on other iPhone models.
Actual result: Control Centre opens.
You may assign another gesture to scroll to top, but this may not exactly replicate the desired behaviour.
