Description
After double-tapping the “Send later” button in the Mail scheduling menu, double-tapping the time does not work to expand the UI element, making the date the only thing that can be edited when scheduling an email with VoiceOver.

Open Mail and compose a new message or reply. Triple-tap (or double-tap and hold) the Send button and choose “Send later” from the context menu.
