Description
The Camera App contains extraneous UI elements for editing Camera Controls when Edit Mode is not active, including "Remove" elements next to each camera control and a "Done" button that does nothing when tapped.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable VoiceOver.
2. Open the Camera App and do not select the Edit Button.
3. Swipe through the controls on the screen. Observe that there are extraneous "Remove" elements next to each control, as well as a "Done" button near the top of the accessibility tree.
