iOS 7.0.3 Released and Includes Fix for VoiceOver Input Sensitivity

Apple has just released iOS 7.0.3, and mention in the release notes that it includes a fix for the VoiceOver input sensitivity problem.
 
Also fixed is the problem that caused Siri to use a lower quality voice.

The national Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) has submitted their app, called BARD Mobile, for approval to the Apple App Store.
