AnonyMouse's App Pick of the Month: zEdit
If you have ever tried to edit a video or audio project as a VoiceOver user, you know how frustrating this process can be. zEdit changes that.
zEdit is a free video and audio editor for iPhone, and it is built with accessibility at the core rather than as an afterthought. You can trim and cut clips, merge multiple pieces together, reorder sections, adjust or mute sound, and even extract audio straight out of a video. It also converts audio to video, which opens up a lot of options for the kinds of projects you can put together, all without needing a combination of different apps or software to get there.
This one feels personal too. I have dealt with apps and software, sometimes several at once, just to get the result I wanted out of an edit. zEdit is the first app I have found that is genuinely easy to use and accessible with VoiceOver users in mind, and it does it all for free.
