Note, On its app store page, the page says you require at least IOS 13, I downloaded this app on IOS 15.7 and this app would not work until I up graded to IOS 16/ watch OS 9. It would be cool if you could start or stop the audio straight from the Apple watch face, as opposed to double tapping on the compilation to bring you to the Now Playing Plus app, then flicking to find the play/pause/stop button. , for example, when using the Siri Apple watch face, you can double tap on ask Siri right on the Apple watch face and Siri is activated right there right then.

Yes the app is accessible with VoiceOver. All the elements are labelled and double tapping on them works.
