Just like the iOS version, this app works very well with VoiceOver and will make your life easier. Every control is labeled, the list of deliveries and delivery events are displayed in tables, and the more important options, like adding a new delivery, have hotkeys.
If you purchase the subscription to receive push notifications, it's tied to your parcel account. This means that if you also install Parcel on iOS, then log into it with the same details, your subscription will also work there. The app entry for Parcel for iOS can be read here

As of part of the new redesign several days ago, the widget now also works. When it comes to design, you won't notice a lot of changes from a VoiceOver perspective, but accessibility has been improved.
The post did not mention the widget, so I'm making it as a comment. It did not work very well previously for showing details for a delivery and would often just say "Item 1" even if you had no deliveries, then show a menu button that was hard to use. Now, it has no such menu button, simply shows delivery details (if any), and adding deliveries works extremely well using the widget.
