Chris, We've changed the Usability Rating that you originally gave this app, as saying that it was fully accessible did not seem to fit with your selected ratings for button labelling and recognition of page elements. HI. I'm not sure what issues there are with VoiceOver, I just installed the app, and it works just fine. All locations are easily navigated through, as are the other tabs. The only issue I have with it is that the station I want is not available in sspite of what the website says. i've contacted them, and hoepfully they'll resolve the issue. The other thing I'm finding that could be limiting about this app, although not directly related to accessibility, is that it seems that the alerts are taken from the NOAA broadcast. Which is fine, until the feed breaks and there is no broadcast available. The only thing that is not accessible from what I can tell is the radar function, which obviously can't be used with VoiceOver no matter how you slice it since it's all visual.
