It's a tiny time taker, but, fun to see how the oranges grow, and extremely accessible as are most of the games from this developer.
From an Access standpoint it's very accessible. But it's boring. There is no challenge to it. I got it to try with a fifth-grade student of mine who's mother said she like the corny kind of silly apps. She was completely bored with it. It might be somewhat useful for a younger child.
I really like this app. First, big cudos to the developers. All their games are graphic based and all, as far as I know, are accessible with voiceover. This is not usual by any means. They listen to what their customers say and, though changes take a while, a lot of them have been implemented over the years.
I bought this game when it was practically inaccessible. What a change! Every part of it is now accessible and easy to play. If you want something challenging then this is not for you, nor is it meant to be. It's a nice, peaceful, relaxing kind of app and I feel there's a place for it and its kind. I like to stop during the course of my day's work, just take a minute and care for my tree, imagine I'm there, escape from the day's bustle for a moment.
There are lots of growing a garden apps out there, but not one single one of them is accessible that I've been able to find. If this is the only way I can grow and tend to something on my phone, then heck to the yeah, I'll take it! Smile.
On the app's description I read oranges could be sold to earn more points. Does anyone know how to sell oranges? I don't see this option anywhere on the game. Is this feature accessible with VO?
Thanks for the help
I really like this app. as another poster mentioned above, it's nice to just relax for a minute and tend to my tree. The only question I have is, I got the juicer, and I've got something like 955 bottles of juice. What can I do with them? I could get crazy points if I could get rid of them, but I don't see how to do that. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I have a very similar question to the previous two posters. How in the living heck do you sell the oranges and juice that you make?
I, too, would like to know how to sell oranges and juice.
I have to admit that that is the reason why I got rid of the game. Tried so many times to find a way to sell oranges or the orange juice bottles and, since I didn't find a way, it just got boring.
Hey guys, so I got this game. It's interesting. I got to harvest oranges, but then... how do I sell them?
I could never figure out how to sell oranges. Specifically, that was the main reason why I just got rid of that game.
Oh well fooey!!! Hopefully someone knows. Like I know how to transport them, store them, but there's no sell option.
Unfortunately I don’t know how you do it either and after a long time I deleted the app I got really bored with it.
I stored so many I think they got rotten. LOL. I ditched this game a long time ago. It's not worth it.
I don't think it matters now, but just wanted to say I e-mailed X2line and they said oranges and bottles earn points automatically when collected. There is no sell function. I was kind of hoping for more in terms of a simulation game, like the tree actually dying if you don't look after it, but maybe it does and I just don't know. Would be nice if the activities actually helped the tree to be more productive, but it doesn't seem to from what I can tell.
I notice it says something about level, that I am on level 5. What does this mean?
