Almost everything in this app is easy to navigate and use. Equipment, classes, races, spells, monsters, rules, and DM tools are fantastic. The character manager does work but there are some unlabeled buttons and this section of the e app is a bit slow to navigate during actual game play. A simple text document has been much easier to use.
I also tried to send feedback in the app and the submit buttons doesn't actually work so there's that too.
Other than a few unlabeled buttons and the character manager being a bit clunky this is a fantastic app for anyone wanting to start playing Dungeons and Dragons. Anything you can't find in it can be found online but the gaps left are surprisingly small. From a player standpoint it has all the basics to get you on your way but you will probably want a better way to handle your character sheet and organize your attacks or spells.
From the DM standpoint it has helped a lot. The name generator works and has been quite useful when I needed a name in a pinch but some aspects, like the encounter generator, aren't something I'd rely on. They can give you ideas but they'll still need a handful of creativity to put into action.
Overall though, this app is a must if D and D is, or could be, part of your life.

If any of you have wanted to play but don't know how or what to do feel free to reach out. I'll help you build a character or answer questions if you have them. Happy hunting!
Does it have a dice roller built in? If it does that would make it complete.
Ah yes I forgot! Yes there is a dice roller but it's only available in the character tracker and the DM tools which are both paid parts of the app. The dice roller in the DM section works just as expected and lets you pick how many, and which type of dice, 3 through 100 you want to roll. The one in the character tracker is actually for checks and saves. It's next to each of your ability scores and when you press it it rolls a D 20 and adds or subtracts your modifiers as necessary.
Honestly though, it is a little slow to input the numbers you want then push the roll button. I use physical dice but Siri or the Amazon Echo, if you have one, are way better at it. The Echo can actually roll multiple dice at once. which makes things nice.
Anyway, yes it's in there, but it'll cost you a few bucks.
