this app for blind people isn't accessible at all. even though the website has gotten better for those using macs, you as a blind person cannot use this app on the iPhone as of the latest update.

No buttons are clearly labeled.

The app is totally inaccessible.

while schwans swares that you can use their app, when you use voiceover you can't do anything with it. even though items are clearly labeled, when double tapping on the screen it does nothing. you can't even log in to your own schwans acount to complete an order.I even went so far as calling them last night to talk to them about this issue, and all i got from them is I'm sorry sir, and I understand, when clearly they do not. I for one am urging a campagin to make this app accessible for those of us who use voiceover, so we don't have to be chained to a mac or pc to conduct business with schwans food service.

I noticed that as well and am really frustrated with it.

I've noticed the same thing, and on occasion, if I turn voiceover off, tap somewhere on the middle of the screen right around where the item I want is located, then turn voiceover back on, that somewhat helps, but it's still not 100% usable.
I had that same problem with shipt, and was just as disappointed, and have no idea how to explain to either of them exactly what's wrong here without being able to physically show them, which obviously isn't going to be possible. Anybody got any ideas?
