Device(s) App Was Tested On
The app seems very accessible. All tabs are labeled, and all buttons are also labeled. Just swipe on each tab and double tap on a show or a channel and you are good to go!
Everything I have tested in the app so far appears to be fully accessible. If someone has found something that isn't, please let me know.

is anyone having this issue? now I am not so bummed about the IPhone not playing audio as I am running IOS 11 beta 7, and I know it has bugs, but not even google chrome will play audio. I did make sure the audio wasn't muted, and the timer is showing that the video is playing. this is stuff I have recorded if this helps. I haven't tried the live thing yet.
I'm running ios11 beta7 on my IPad air2 and I'm not experiencing this.
What! No C-SPAN?
