Other Comments
this app used to be known as demand5, I thought this was an entry on applevis which I submitted, but I couldn't find it in the entertainment category. so I am now creating this entry instead. the app is called my5 on your home screen, though the appstore still references demand 5 support.

Accessibility Comments
this app now has serious accessibility issues, I would suggest anyone who uses the old demand5 version of this app with VoiceOver shouldn't upgrade at all. the app suffers from a lot of screen elements not being read by VoiceOver in between the program names, instead you just get click sounds. also double tapping on programs doesn't appear to do anything, also there is now no nice categories list so you can tap on what your looking for, e.g drama, documentary etc. I actually haven't managed to get anything to play since installing this update. in the short time I have used it I believe its unusable though would like to be proved wrong.
