One non-accessibility issue I find with this app is that it does not stay up. In other words, the phone will still auto-lock even though you have the fireplace app up and running; it will dim and lock just as it would otherwise.

Accessibility Comments
It appears that nothing is read by VoiceOver on the screen. Ifthere is a button that allows for zooming in/out as is stated in the app description, it is not read.
HOWEVER, immeidately when you bring up the app, you will hear the fireplace sounds and see a full fireplace screen, so, if that's really all you want, this app will work for you!
