In this podcast, Tunmi introduces us to Pocket Pond 2, an iOS app that places a virtual pond filled with koi into the palm of your hand.
You can raise, feed, breed, play with, and sell thousands of different kinds of koi. Decorate your pond and make it beautiful. The interactive koi will bite your finger and swim around in response to your touch.
Note: Pocket Pond 2 is totally free to play, but certain items are in-app purchases.

As for now, those parts of the app are not accessible, but playing with them in the water pretty much is.
what I love about pocket pond 2
Here are the things I love about this app. First of all, as you are scrolling your finger around the screen, voiceover doesn't keep taking you off the screen off the app. you're pretty much locked into the app and can play with your fish as much as you please. I love that every single possible gesture for I o s is implamented, and I imagine the fish move in different ways. I am not sure how Tunmi got the sound effects for this app to work; the birds in the background. I get water sounds when I'm moving around the screen, but I do not get the background sound effects and am not sure how to turn them on. I looked in the app settings, and it wasn't there either. But I love the app otherwise! I do wish it was a bit more interactive in the way of feeding and caring for the fish, but that's just because I like doin that. Lol.
Pocket Pond and Pocket Pond 2 difference
So, I have Pocket Ponds and am wondering what's the difference between Pocket Pond original and Pocket Pond 2?
