new Airpods pro are not working after short time

hi,
i've bought a new airpods pro here in israel.
suddenly, after two weeks of usage, they're simply stop working. i've try to charge them again, forget and reconnect, but i don't even find them again in the bleutooth section of my iphone.
any ideas what to do?

Remove them from your bluetooth pairing list, open the lid on the case, hold the button on the back for 15 seconds. If you can, make sure the LED on the front of the case is flashing white. Then you should be able to repair it. If that doesn't work, get them exchanged.

try to reset it first.
open the lid on your airpods case, and press and hold the button ad the back case four 15 secons until LED indikator flashing red and turn back to flashing wight.
close the lid four 15 seccon and open again, now try to pair it again.
