Device(s) App Was Tested On:
Some parts of the app are inaccessible with voice over, as it doesn't use labels but photos of people. I had to use a sighted friend's help to view profiles, or to see the recommended people in my area. I was able to successfully register and chat with people I've already added, but not find people to chat or date, view and add my facebook friends, as well as view info or understand the benifits of super powers, which I would have to pay for as an in app purchase. Some of the text on the screen can be double tapped to display more options, or to open and close menus. If a menu is open, even though voicover speaks the main options, they can not be activated until you close the open menu. That was confusing me at first, but I got the idea after a while and it became easyer to test the application.
VoiceOver reads a few page elements.
Most buttons are clearly labeled.
There are some accessibility issues with this app, but it can still be used if you are willing to tolerate these issues and learn how to work around them.
I thought the application's accessibility needed to be improved, until I went into the actual sight... I found impressing that I could do more with the IPhone app than I could with the actual sight, which is very inaccessible with jfw.
