skip to main content doesn't working with ios device on applevis

Hello!
at the last time, skip to main content doesn't working with ios device.
I am using in VoiceOver and ios 9.3 in an other websites it workign.
could be that is a problem on applevis website? when i press on a link skip to main content not heppand nothing.

select headings on your roter then press skip to main content then swipe down with a finger

Hi, when i press this skip to main content doesn't working. to my nolage it's work when i press this and i need to jump to the main content of the page right? or i miss something?
