A problem with setting up my PayPal account with iTunes

Well, I got a bank account about 2 days ago, and thought I would put some money on my paypal account, too. And i've heard that I can set my payment method to PayPal in the payment information settings in my iTunes account, so I tried that so I could purchase apps and stuff on my iPhone. But when I go to view my account and select payment information, and go to the payment method option, I can only see none, or credit or debit card. And after a bit of googling around I saw that there should be a radio button to set it to PayPal, but I can't see such a radio button, and that's how I understood I should set it to PayPal. And also a bit of googling around I saw that the available payment methods vary by country, so, does this mean my country doesn't support PayPal with iTunes? Or is there a way I can accessibly change the payment method to PayPal? I don't either have a credit card or debit card yet, so... But I will get one in a couple weeks, or earlier.

It sounds like you’re in a country that does not support paypal on the itunes store. Where are you located?

Until you get your credit card or debit card with the visa or mastercard logo, you can always get an iTUnes gift card.

I am from Finland. And the card i'm getting is a Visa Electron something so it should work probably, it's a debit card
