ios app directory question about options

hi dear applevis users,
I am wondering about something. When some app gets submitted, you can choose if there is an applewatch app, no applewatch app or not known. Why is there te not known option? In my opinion it can be removed, since a litle looking should clarify witch option to choose: yes or no.
