Hi to staff members.
Yesterday I tried to submit an app to the app directory, I made a few mistakes when submitting it as I didn't fill out all the fields.
I corrected them and tried to submit again, I was then told my submission was blocked by the spam filter.
So I used the report spam filter error to send this to the site administrator along with comments but got no response.
So, what is the position with the spam filter, if it blocks a submission to the site is that block a one off for that entry and can you try to submit content again, or must you report the filter error and wait for your ip to be unblocked.
Also, what happened to my app submission? when I sent the error form it contained the app description and other stuff in the body, but all my accessibility comments and other options I had selected disappeared.
I take it that means I am going to have to use another 20 minutes or so filling out the information again?
I think perhaps if it is an app submission that is blocked that the site should be updated so the filter can retain all the selections and other information that were made when the app submission was attempted so that if staff review it it can be submitted without me having to go to the trouble of redoing the hole entry.
