MyWarn Weather App

Does anyone know if the weather app, MyWarn, is accessible? This app has been recommended to me by some sighted friends because it will notify you audibly about severe weather, such as tornadoes. But I don't want to pay for it if it's not accessible.

Yes MyWARN is 100% Accessible and will notify you when your location is directly threatened by severe weather, especially tornadoes.
