somewhat new Mac App Store?
I recently upgraded from Sierra to Catalina. due to work policies, I wasn't able to do so until now.
I am having a hell of a time Learning to navigate the App Store. Apple really revamped things, I guess, back in the update to Mojave. I am generally quite an advanced voiceover user, but I'm finding this new layout to be extremely an intuitive, and honestly ridiculously confusing!
I was wondering if anyone has done a podcast, or some sort of an audio tutorial demonstrating the new App Store. Well, I guess now, it wouldn't really be all that new, LOL, but for me, it would be.
i'm just thinking, if I could hear somebody going through things, it might help me better understand the layout.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
Hi. It's hit or miss when I update an app, because i hate that collection thing. plus, why did they put software update way deep in system preferences? It's insane. I'm sorry i'm not more help.
being a beta tester for Mojave before its reliece, I found it different at first. basicly, its more a macos app than a webpage. there's a toolbar at the top which contains updates, the "Get" button for downloading apps and options like descover, creat, develop, arkayed, and updates. it takes a while to get used to. I would record a podcast on it, but I never did one before. If someone could point me to info on what recording app to use on the mac, I'll do it.
Guide would be good. It's completely unintuitive but, you know, at least apple are being consistent with that these days.
