Hi,
So, I'm trying to tidy up my safari and have a few items in the toolbar that I don't really want as find myself tabbing through them. I can VO shift M on them and it brings up an ability to customise toolbar, however, I can't work out how to either add or remove items. Any help would be really appreciated.
Also, are there any tutorials on using safari? I have a feeling that I could tighten up my use of it and speed up my browsing activities.

In the customize dialog, you should be able to add items by focusing on them and choosing, "Add item," from the contextual menu. For some reason, this doesn't seem to work to remove items, but you can focus on the, "Default set of toolbar items," and choose to use that from the contextual menu.
As far as general guides on using Safari, you may find this one helpful
