Am I being dumb or is there no way to assign a shortcut to switch activities for VO on Mac?

macOS and Mac Apps

Hey,

So putting together an activity for proofing documents. Including things like "Say all punctuation", changing speed and so on. My desire is to have a keyboard commander to toggle this on and off rather than have it tied to a specific app. I use several apps, Scrivener to create, Ulysses to pick out errors and BiWord to read the final document, all of which I also use in other ways.

I looked, but couldn't find a means to invoke the activity or toggle it with keyboard commanders. Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?

Thanks

O

Activity selector and previous activity

Hi.
It isn't possible to create a command for a specific activity. You only can go to the activity selector with vo+X or go to the previous activity with vo+X twice. If you only have 2 activities it can be used as a toggle command.
Greetings.

Ah, perfect!
