a blind legend and a disappointing bug with in app purchases

So, I got my new iPhone SE just a few days back and downloaded a blind legend on it and purchased, or at least tried, to purchase a pack of 20 lives. Thing is, when I clicked the 20 pack it asked for my apple id password and upon signing in it asked me a couple of security questions because it was the first purchase on my iPhone SE. I answered them, and confirmed the purchase. Before that however the iphone opened an appstore window and I reopened a blind legend from the app switcher, and it said can't buy now even though the purchase was fully confirmed. I restarted the app several times and nothing, and finally checked my Apple id details and the purchase has indeed gone through, and 2 euros and 99 cents down the drain, because I didn't get those lives because of the god damned bug. Any way I could get them back or just get a refund? Or something?
