Looking for precise kitchen Digital scales accessible with IOS

Hi,

So I've become a coffee snob... Please, feel free to judge. Part of this is fine measurements of water, coffee and scorn for instant coffee drinkers. In general there are a couple of speaking Digital scale solutions but their accuracy isn't very exacting. I was wondering if anyone was aware of a fancy one that can talk to my iPhone to get the granularity that I need?

Any other solutionss? I guess I could use seeing AI with a standard digital scale but the interaction with setting it or zeroing it might be a little difficult.

Please, all the other coffee snobs are mocking me calling me Ollie guesswork Kennett. It's humiliating.

Smart Chef Scale

Hello,
I share your love for precisely weighed coffee. :)
For quite some times, I have been using a Smart Chef Bluetooth Scale to do just the thing you want to achieve.
It is precise to one Gram. I think they even have a more precise edition version now.
It connects to your iPhone using Bluetooth. You run an app on your iPhone which will announce the weight of whatever you place on the scale. And it works great for getting that exact amount of coffee beans or powder.
I have written another comment about it here:

While the „Talking Scale“ feature still works well, sadly, accessibility of all the other features has not improved at all as far as I can tell. Which means: Sighted users get a lot more out of that product than the blind.
This is especially sad because the app for the SmartChef Scale actually does come with a coffee feature, probably instructing the passionate coffee drinker on how to prepare the best ever cup of coffee. Still: It does measure coffee powder well, so you may want to give it a shot. Let me know if you need more information.

Marvellous

Thanks so much for this. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

Has accessibility improved?

Anyone knows if the accessibility of the app has improved recently?

I'm interested in getting one too but am unfortunately not in the US, so am trying to see if I can still get it.
