Do these exist?

I'm not sure if this exists, but as an audio engineer, it would sure be helpful! You know how when you get a new iPhone these days, it comes with that small little like, 2 inch long dongle cable that converts your lightning port to a stereo 8th inch female jack? I wonder if they make adapters like that, even if not officialy by Apple themselves, that are the same thing, only that go lightning to female quarter inch, instead of 8th inch.

Doing some google searching I don't think they do. It looks like you still would need the lightening to 3.5MM and then a 3.55MM to quarter inch converter, therefore needing two adapters to accomplish this.

I'd love to see an aux cable with lightning on one side, and a 3.5 mm plug on the other. This way you wouldn't have to put a lightning adapter on the end of a patch cord.

why bother with using iOS? Logic is far supearier than anything on iOS for recording, and is more capable.
