Problem with posting comments to Applevis on iPhone 4s with Safari

Hello, I have a question regarding the addition of comments on anIOS device: I have an iPhone 4s, and I use it to navigate the Applevis website on a daily basis. The process works perfectly when I’m reading topics addressed by other users, however I encounter conflicts when I attempt to post my own responses to these discussions. With some effort, I can type or dictate the subject of a comment into the form field by tapping twice on the place where the subject falls. The crux of the problem is in typing or voicing the comment, because the box isn’t recognized. VoiceOver announces that I am on a text field, but this field cannot be accessed with the double tap gesture. This problem is nonexistent when I post comments on my laptop, so I think that it is particular to VoiceOver. Do I need to perform a certain action before replying to a comment? I am uncertain about how to successfully resolve this issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone else have the same issue? Bahzad

Will investigate

I've just had a quick look at this, and adding comments through Safari on my iPhone mostly seemed to work fine. I say 'mostly', as there were a few times when the onscreen keyboard was a little stubborn to appear. So, it looks like I shall have to do a little more digging over the next couple of days.

How do we post links?

Whenever I post to AppleVis from an iOS device, I find that I compose in a text app and then paste in. I find that for links, especially, I have to hand code the entries using copy and paste, and TextExpander toecap the HTML code snippets around the links? How are other people managing to do this? Hi, I had the same problem when trying to submit posts and comments to apple vis with my iPhone 4. I still have this problem with my iPhone 4-S. I think this is a long living bug with VO that needs to be hit with a stronger bug spray. Lol.

Interesting fact

It is fascinating that posting comments functions better with a bluetooth keyboard instead of the actual device. I don't know if it's a bug with VoiceOver or with the Applevis website, because I've never posted comments to any other site before on my iPhone. If it were a bug, I hope it is sprayed because it leaves a mark on the nearly flawless skin of accessibility.
