Description of App
Use your Mac for any audio-related task, such as live audio recording, creating iPhone ringtones, digitizing tapes and records, converting between a variety of sound formats (including Mp3, MPEG-4 AAC, AIFF, WAVE, WMA, CAF, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis), remastering your iTunes music library, record internet streams, etc.
Thanks to its outstanding direct-to-disk abilities and waveform caching, edits on arbitrarily large sounds are performed at lightning speed with this fully featured multi-track editor. The handling of large sounds is furthermore facilitated by the extensive support of markers.
While Amadeus Pro features a number of built-in audio effects (equalizer, speed and pitch change, echo, etc), its abilities can be extended arbitrarily through the support of Audio Units and VST plug-ins.
Besides all the functions you would expect from a professional quality waveform editor, Amadeus Pro also features:
- Tracks can be split into multiple clips for easy placement
- Audio Units can be applied to tracks non-destructively in real-time
- Smart editing
- Scheduled recordings
- Easy editing of audio tracks in QuickTime movies
- Powerful batch processor
- Direct recording from internet streams
- A full range of real-time and offline sound analysis tools

The description of this app says it can do editing and converting. Are both these functions VoiceOver accessible?
All editing and batch conversions of amadeus are very much accessible. Ive been using this app for 4 years now
When you have Audio Ducking enabled in VoiceOver, does it generally cause a problem recording in Amadeus Pro?
I use Amadeus pro since 3 years ago. But I think it's not very easy to use multi tracks. We can't know witch track is selected...
I hope developers will do somethings aout it.
Can Anybody tell me how to use easily Multi tracks.. ?
When I have two tracks or tree tracks, I can do, but it's very hard and very long... More tree tracks, it's not possible :)
Thank you in advance for your reply.
when creating a track, first thing, name it. Then, if you want to go down or up a track, i always go to the track name, then vo down and up arrow respectively to move between tracks. When vo announces the track name, that is the currently selected track, just remember to press escape so that you can start editing. Something i've noticed. When saving say, a multy track document in amadeus pro format, i'm in one track, and i'm not able to work on it. Fix, I bounce track, undo that, then i'm able to work with the track as normal. Hth
