If an app entry does not post, the first thing to try is to go back through and check to make sure all the required fields are complete. If you look right above the beginning of the form, a message will display if there are any incomplete fields. For example, the text would look something like, "Device(s) App Was Tested On field is required," before continuing on to the explanation of the iOS App Directory.
If you've checked and all of the required fields are present, try resubmitting the post again. If the page does not refresh within a minute or so, try opening up the site in another browser tab and looking to see if the post is there. I have had it happen where I post something and the page takes a long time to refresh, even though the content was submitted and posted instantly.
