What happened to Circus Masters revenge chapter 3?

Hi all, I'm a huge fan of Circus masters revenge, and earlier in the year there was talk of a chapter 3. Will we see a chapter 3 in the game? I'd love to have a third chapter in the game.
People... You should already know by now that this project has been dead for years. So no, Unless, I'm wrong, their will not be any more updates because the dev doesn't know how to take shit seriously when dealing with feedback. Plus, that game is shit anyways. I truly wonder if people are just that impatient! I guess people need to start paying attention more. If there were going to be updates, they would have been posted.
