Seeking recommendations for a notes app with a find and replace feature, and iCloud or dropbox integration

Hi,
I'm seeking a good notetaking app, with a straightforward find and replace feature for text within the document. It would also be helpful if this app had iCloud or dropbox integration. Thanks for any recommendations.

Hi,
Sorry, I forgot to include the nugget of info that I'm seeking an iOs app. Since in theory, this app would integrate with dropbox or iCloud, I'd primarily need it on iOs. One thing to add, this app would need to be able to handle very long documents.

Both have find and replace using command-f and then using the options in the window that appears.
