Starting a new forum topic

Hi all I'm posting this from my PC.when I try to make a post on my IPhone I tap on the subject line the key board comes up and I can enter text.. The key board has a next, prevous,done, and go tab but when I go to enter text in the message box the key board goes away and Sirie doesn't say editing and tapping in the box doesn't bring up the key board. What I'm I doing wrong?

Try flicking to the comment box and double tapping on it. I am posting from my iPhone now, and I did just that. Hope this helps.

Actually, I have reported this issue to one of the Applevis Editorial staff, and I was told that this has nothing to do with our devices. This issue got something to do with the technical side of the web page. In fact, I was very surprised from the previous comment. I've been trying to comment on Applevis using my iPhone, and I've never had a luck. Well, That's the crazy side of our devices. We may have same OS and same device, but there are still some issues that happen to some device but not to the other. Regards, Musicruz"

I have the exact same problem on my iphone 5. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't... Luckily, now it worked. But 5 minutes ago it didn't work while commenting on another post. So i had to go back to the previous page and hit reply again a few times to get it working. Sometimes the subject field works fine but the comment field don't, and other times neither of them works....

This took me about 10 tries. Flicking and pressing the done button and so forth and going through about four or five pages on Safari before let me do this. I think maybe it is either the website or my phone I am using a for S and using the latest update I believe it is 6.01. Thank you all I will just keep trying and hopefully it will get solved

As others have already stated, this is a known problem.

It appears to be caused by the VoiceOver focus bug which has been present in recent versions of iOS, which means that we are hoping that Apple will fix this ASAP!

For now, using the next and previous buttons that are at the top of the onscreen keyboard can be a workaround, but is also very inconsistent.
