Description of App
SleepyTimer is a simple, uncluttered menu bar application that allows you to set a timer and have your Mac go to Sleep, Shutdown, Restart or Log out when the timer runs out. Useful if you are doing a long download or listening to music and want your Mac to not stay on for the whole night. You can choose to have a window sit in the background of your screen with the countdown on it to remind you.
Free or Paid
Version Of macOS App Was Tested On
This was tested with OS 10.8 (Mountain Lion) as you need access to the item on the menu bar. Given the comments on the app store where it didn't work, my attempts were successful in putting my Macbook Pro to sleep when playing an audiobook from iTunes.
The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.
