The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver, but the interface could be easier to navigate and use.

Hi guys, I have been trying to download skype to my Mac, but I'm unable to find the download file on the Skype website. If anyone knows wher it is after you click on the Mac link to install Skype, please let me know. Thanks, Holly

Hello, being a new user to Mac, I managed to find the installation file on Microsoft's website and successfully installed Skype on my Mac. Now this might sound stupid to some, so please bare with me. When pressing the VO+M and going through the Skype menu, if I select "Exit", will Skype be completely shut down? I just want to make sure that it won't be running in the background and that I won't receive calls or messages. Thanks!

If you choose exit, the program will close and you won't get call or message alerts. Instead of using the menus, just press Command q to close it. If you want to use the menus go ahead, I just think pressing command q is faster.

I do agree that using the Cmd+Q is much easier, it's the command I use to shut all my applications, but still being a newbie with a Mac and using Skype, I just wanted to look at the Skype menu and see what was in it. I just wasn't sure that if you exited Skype, that it wouldn't be running in the background.
