Accessibility Comments

This is without doubt the most inaccessible Twitter app that I have had the misfortune to use.

The clues were evident immediately after entering my account details. On the page listing accounts VoiceOver does not read the account name.

This, however, was minor, as the very next page is a menu list that you use to navigate and access the various features in the app (including timeline, messages, mentions, searches and a whole lot more). VoiceOver did not read the name of a single item in this very long list.

Having managed to locate the timeline, I find that VoiceOver does not read it - tweets, usernames, timestamps - none of it, nothing.

Double tapping on the timeline will open the tweet that you happen to have tapped on, and this page is relatively accessible. But, by this point the app has already irritated me so much that I am in too much of a hurry to delete it than be bothered to see if anything else in it is accessible.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads a few page elements.

Button Labeling

Few buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

Some parts of the app are accessible with VoiceOver, but not enough to make it usable.
