At this time, it is better than Telegram, it is not so good, specially in the settings place, but at least we can navigate the chat window and some other things

For Getting Around The Settings Screen,
This is where Voice Over's "Screen Recognition" does a great and needed service here.
Is there any hope to be read?
So, in a day, will the settings screen can be read?
Turning both screen…
Turning both screen recognition and image descriptions on improves the setting screen IOS 14.x.
Having Iphone 8+, will it work?
I do not have x or something, will it work?
In Short, No
Sadly, Screen Recognition only supports devices with an A12 or later chip.
A way to confirm this, is to try and search for Screen Recognition in the Settings, normally found under Accessibility>Voice Over>Voice Over Recognition if your phone is supported).
No better than Telegram
I've been using the Telegram app for the last week and NiceGram is no more accessible, in fact I think it's less accessible.
I found the interface much more clunky with even more badly labelled buttons than the main Telegram app, plus it doesn't include the live chat function for groups.

Not Perfect but better than THe Original telegram
