According to the faq on the site it is for ios, how ever on the download page it only shows for google play. Does anyone know what happened here?

Update: I just confirmed that the items is no longer available. Here is the messge.

The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.

I'd say that they pulled it. Dunno why though.

Take care.

I thought I’d write to let everyone know that the ShipRack app has returned to the iOS store in
the USA at least and perhaps elsewhere as well.
It is as accessible as it always has been with the noted exception of the screen where one would enter their two step verification if signing into the
app via their gmail account if it has two step authentication enabled.  VoiceOver can simply not find the edit field for the entry of the code on that
screen no matter which gestures are employed to try and get focus to the edit field.
the developer is aware of the problem though that screen is more Google’s invention than his. Still he’s aware of it and is trying to mitigate it as best
as possible.  Alternatively one can log into the app using Facebook or another gmail address that doesn’t have two step verification if necessary.
In any event I just thought I’d write to let everyone know that the app was back if perhaps like me you’d upgraded a device and couldn’t restore it from
your cloud backup as it wasn’t present in the app store for a time.
Here’s to having more than one app for a purpose in case one breaks or disappears (smiles).
Happy package tracking one and all.

I have used this app on both iOS and Android and love it. One problem on my iPhone 5s that showed up yesterday. I sent in a package to be tracked from my second e-mail address that I have signed up with Ship-Rack, and while Ship-Rack clearly knows it has received tracking info from my second registered e-mail address, Push Notifications go off as normal, there is no package tracking info displayed when I opened the app. It has all the usual buttons, Add, Delete, etc, but none of the package's info is displayed. This app used to work without any problem until yesterday.

You need to proabably reinstall the app. I had to do that and all worked well. Give that a try. I absolutally love the app.

I have been using shiprack for 2 years now, and I love it. I am pretty inpatient when I am waiting for a package in the mail. I would highly recommend this app.

Hi, This would have been an excellent app for me if not for the fact that not surpriceingly Swedish carriers aren't supported. However the app is available in the Swedish app store. What makes this app different from say Posted for example?

You can forward your emails to a specific email address and it will auto add. Also you can set up filter roles in your provider and it will auto forward the tracking emails to the email address and your shipments will be added to shiprack. This is a very cool app, and I'm glad it is back in the app store after a very long absence.

I'm slightly confused about something. If I forward an email to Shiprack, will my emails from that provider, (Amazon, Tanga, whatever) automatically be sent? I can't seem to access the directions for auto adding, and having that would be a blessing.

Submitted by KE7ZUM on Monday, June 1, 2015

No, I just forward them by hand to the email. then and only then will they be auto added. This way I have complete control of what I'm tracking.

Submitted by Lorelei on Monday, June 1, 2015

so I can't get it to just automatically have all my Amazon emails? I have to remember to forward each one? Or once I send one, will it just forward all emails from that service automatically sso I don't have to deal with it anymore?? To be honest, I'd happily pay a lot of money just to be able to click a box saying that I want all packages sent by whatever service to be automatically tracked.`

Shiprack finally got an update last week. here's what's new.

* Ability to filter shipments, and view archives * iOS 9 support, and improved iPad support * Cloud Sync allows you to view shipments on web * No more Facebook or Google integration
Glad to see that this app is being updated again. What do you all think?

Submitted by KE7ZUM on Saturday, January 23, 2016

Oh wow, pretty neat. I did a podcast recently here search for shiprack as I'm not sure if it is in the feed anymore. I'm glad you can see archives now. I've been wanting that feature since about 2 years ago now.

Blessings and happy Saturday

I'm sad to say the app has quit working for me. It will say it's tracking my packages but when I launch the app it shows an empty list. I've contacted the developer about this as the site shows the same behavior with no response. I'm sad to give up this app, but I guess all good things must come to an end, and all that.

Submitted by Betsy on Saturday, December 24, 2016

I adore this app, but at some point during the past month I stopped receiving push notifications and the only way to get updated information is to tap the refresh button when I launch the app.
I hope this feature isn't dead forever and I would also love to be able to change the notification sound to something that gets my attention better than the standard tone.

Submitted by KE7ZUM on Saturday, December 24, 2016

The refresh button doesn't even work for me anymore and the website doesn't show my last shipments. Parcel for me is not the way to go, at least for now.

Hi all. Thanks to @ke7zum, I love this app. I haven't seen anything worng with this app at all. watch, I said it and now it will screw up. ;) I hope they do get some more updates, maybe in the new years. We all don't know if the app is in the submission guide or whatever it is. Hope all had a wonderful day.

Submitted by KE7ZUM on Monday, December 26, 2016

I've contacted the author about all of the problems for bout 3 montsh now and no go. I noticed it when I added my watch and other things. I get an empty list and nothingn refreshes. In fact now I lost my notifications. Made the switch to parcel where things are just automatic.

Submitted by Jordan on Monday, December 26, 2016

I have noticed the same issues over the past couple of months where no notifications would come through, and I have to use the refresh button just to get things to update. There is clearly something wrong with this app all of a sudden because of the above two issues, and also if I log on to the website, things worked properly still there. The developer never responded to my e-mail about the issues, and lately, I have not needed to track anything. If the issues continue, Parcel is what I will probably switch to.

Submitted by KE7ZUM on Monday, December 26, 2016

I Get the feeling the app is going down the kah kah. I paid the I think $3 for the year for all the features of parcel and I love it. Once you have your filters et up (see the docs) your webmail does it for you.

I guess for now it's RIP to shiprack.

Blessings and happy Monday, and have a happy holiday.
