Description of App
When a guitar players uses a capo, and plays a chord, it is not really that chord that is getting played. If a bass or keyboard player wants to play the same chord you have to transpose it. This application will transpose the chords for you for the fret that the capo is placed on. This makes it simpler for everyone else and the guitar player can use their capo as much as they want.
You can also save a fret setting with a song title to come back to later.

I got this looking for a fast way to convert guitar chords to ukulele chords since we have a concert uke, a tenor uke and a bari all in different keys. I'm not sure it's the best tool for the job. You'd be better off with a 3 X 5 card with the info on it... until the conversion process is just automatic. I don't begrudge the 99 cents, but I wouldn't recommend this necessarily. The nifty part about the app is supposed to be taking a set of chords and shifting them into a different key: not something I was able to make it do... and not what I needed it for. Your mileage may vary. Oh, and I just noticed the support link from iTunes doesn't work...
