The voice he was using is the Austraillian English voice. you will need to go to:
Settings, General, Accessibility, VoiceOver, Language Roter
In here, you will need to find the voice/s you want to be in the roter and doble tap them to select or deselect them. Once you are done with this, you can find the "Back" button and get yourself out of all this by repetedly finding the back button. then pressing the home button to get back to the home screen. then you will need to use your fingers or the bluetooth keyboard to move forward or backward through the rotter till you get to "Language". Then you can flick up or down to find the voice you want. Hope this helps.
