Accessibility Comments

Other than a few minor quirks, this app is very accessible.

To add a new FTP account on the Hosts page you have to double-tap on the button labelled 'email'. On the main page of the app an unlabelled button opens the settings page.

Browsing an FTP server is fairly straightforward. You have three sort options which work fine with VoiceOver, and a table index that makes for quick navigation of long lists.

When browsing files or folders, double-tapping on its name will ask if you want to download the item. This seemed a little counter-intuitive, as I expected this to open the item (particularly with folders). However, double-tapping on the 'More Info' button next to the folder or file name will open it. In the case of files, I was able to view or play a number of file formats from within the app.

Deleting files or folders was also straightforward and accessible.

This app doesn't offer all the features of a fully-fledged FTP client, but seems a good choice for basic FTP functionality.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labelling

Most buttons are clearly labelled.

Usability

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.
